The 35.7 acres housing development project provides a new community comprised of 25 new homes, a sewer treatment plant, and a biofiltration basin. Included in the project is the development of new streets, utility design and the installment of a wastewater treatment plant capable of supporting the new development. Each of the 3,000 SF homes is to be equipped with a multiple car garage and a variety of upgrade options to make each home unique.
