The project scope at Rancho Buena Vista High School included the demolition of 23 existing relocatable classroom buildings and the removal of existing appurtenances and paving. This project consisted of construction of a new 1-story, 10,581 square foot CMU classroom building with attached covered material storage areas and related site upgrades. The building provides flexible outdoor learning spaces and dedicated learning spaces for the new residential construction and welding CTE pathways for the district.
