El Cajon Blvd Streetscape improvements include removing the traffic signal at El Cajon Blvd and Johnson Avenue and installing a single-lane traffic roundabout. Improvements include new asphalt street sections, decorative concrete features with new sidewalks, driveways and seat walls, decorative lighting, crosswalks, trees, landscaping and site furniture. Site furniture to include new benches, tables and trash receptacles.
