Improvements included removing and replacing 2,200,000 square feet of old/damaged asphalt at 140 different locations within Chula Vista neighborhoods and collector streets with new signing and striping, removing and replacing pedestrian ramps. PPC took this project over from another consultant after the project had failed and the contractor pulled off the job. We evaluated the status of the project, completed work to date, negotiated corrections to the work and contract requirements, drafted and executed necessary change orders, rescheduled the work and completed the project.
