The first phase of this project consisted of open trench construction to remove and replace approximately 1,490 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter VCP with 12-inch diameter of PVC sewer main, manholes, laterals including pavement restoration, and placing a new sewer access road west of D Avenue. The work commenced approximately 750 feet west of D Avenue and proceeded east for approximately 1,500 feet through Sweetwater High School property and ended at F Avenue.
